Myah Taylor has been a sports reporter for The Dallas Morning News since September 2023. She got her start at The News in Fall 2022 as an intern covering high school football.

When Myah isn’t out covering games or chasing features, she spends time freelancing. Her freelance work has been featured in publications such as Texas Monthly, Green Building and Design and the NBA Retired Players Associations’ Legends Magazine. A 2022 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Myah spent numerous hours working for student publications where she garnered experience that earned her internships with the Austin American-Statesman, the Los Angeles Times and Yahoo Sports.

Her other interests include fashion and pop culture, the subjects of her personal blog, Couturely Sound.
